Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Cost: Free for all orders over R600, R60- R100 for orders under R600 (delivery only in South Africa).
Options: Store-to-Door through Aramex (delivery to your chosen address - please make sure somebody is there to receive the parcel) or Store-to-Postnet (collect at your convenience from your nearest Postnet).
Or Pudo locker system, collect from your nearest locker.
Tracking: We will notify you once your order is dispatched and will provide you with a tracking number.
Delivery times: Main centres normally occurs within 2 - 5 working days, and 2 - 8 working days outside of main centres.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our sets and books, and also have rigorous quality controls and each item is thoroughly checked before it is shipped out. However, should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery to you, please contact heather@2tweetstreet.co.za to arrange a return.

Our policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery (recorded by our courier partner's tracking system). If 5 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to deem whether a product is in its original to be eligible for return or exchange.
