Store Policy
Lead times
2 Tweet Street is a small company, and all our products are handmade. Please allow one week for standard sets and books to be shipped out, we will keep in touch throughout the process and keep you updated on your order status.

Custom-made orders require a longer lead time which we will advise on during the consultation process. Please allow for approximately two weeks for custom-made orders. Should you wish to know exactly how long the lead time is before placing your order pop us an email and we will let you know.

Product Variances
Due to the bespoke nature of our products please note that there may be slight variances in your product compared to the ones shown on our website. This may just be a slightly different fabric, or slightly different shade of felt. Each product is hand made and slightly unique which is what we pride ourselves on.

Agreement Of Sale & Delivery
An agreement of sale between 2 Tweet Street and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of 2 Tweet Street.

Upon receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one week.
All orders are dispatched via the courier service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.
You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Credit card transactions will be acquired for 2 Tweet Street via Virtual Card Services who use the strictest forms of encryption.
Customer details will be stored by 2 Tweet Street separately from card details which are entered by the customer on the Virtual Card Services secure payment terminal.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
